You will troubleshoot and resolve desktop hardware and software issues for end users.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware and software malfunctions for end users.
• Resolve technical issues through direct customer service.
• Maintain desktop environments and user workstations.
• Provide technical assistance and support for daily IT operations.

• 5+ years of experience in technical support roles.
