Description

You will lead enterprise-wide end-user computing initiatives, focusing on the design, deployment, and support of endpoint solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the management and support of endpoint technologies, including Windows OS and Group Policy.
• Troubleshoot and resolve workstation issues for both physical and virtual environments.
• Package and deploy applications using MECM and Intune.
• Oversee endpoint patch management and security compliance.
• Drive the planning and implementation of new enterprise system standards.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in IT roles with increasing responsibility.
• Proficiency with Microsoft MECM/SCCM and Intune.
• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell or Bash.
• Experience managing Windows OS and Group Policy.
• Direct experience with Directory and Identity platforms including Active Directory, Entra ID, and Okta.
• Hands-on work with virtual desktop platforms such as Citrix, AVD, or Windows 365.
• Experience with ServiceNow for asset management.
• Knowledge of Azure environments and hybrid cloud solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Azure certifications.
• Prior technical leadership experience.
