You will manage desktop support operations and oversee the deployment, maintenance, and enhancement of hardware and software services in Portland, OR.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of IT professionals to ensure system reliability and security.
• Manage incident management and IT service management processes to minimize downtime.
• Oversee hardware and software support service deployments and enhancements.
• Collaborate with departments to align technology solutions with organizational objectives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT operations or desktop support management.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
• Proficiency in PowerBI reporting.
• Direct experience managing SLAs and operations.
• Expertise in Incident Management and IT Service Management (ITSM).
• Familiarity with ITIL processes.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Strong background in deskside services and technical troubleshooting.
