Description

You will monitor desktop and infrastructure stability, ensuring optimal performance for end-user environments. You will manage alerts, perform triage, and drive remediation for core applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor desktop and infrastructure stability using SysTrack, Splunk, ExtraHop, and SevOne to track performance metrics.
• Respond to alerts, perform first-level triage, and escalate issues to resolver teams as necessary.
• Identify environmental issues, perform drift management against core applications, and execute software remediation post-deployment.
• Create and update reporting records for monitored items, participate in knowledge management, and validate technical solutions.
• Proactively identify process gaps and recommend solutions to improve the knowledge repository.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in desktop monitoring and infrastructure stability.
• Excellent knowledge of Windows 10 Operating System.
• Prior knowledge of VMware and Citrix virtualization environments.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Exchange, Office365, Zoom, and Symphony messaging applications.
• Strong report creation and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of PowerShell, VBScript, Command-line, JavaScript, and HTML.
• Intermediate knowledge of Network Architecture and Topologies.
• Experience with network monitoring tools such as Corvil.
