Job Responsibilities include:
Provide end-to-end desktop and deskside support for hardware, software, and user-related issues.
Troubleshoot Windows, Mac, O365, and remote access issues including Zscaler support.
Manage desktop imaging, deployment, and device configuration activities.
Support SCCM and Intune for system design, implementation, and migration activities.
Handle incident resolution, service requests, and maintain system performance.
Deliver remote and onsite support while ensuring timely resolution and user satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
6–8 years of experience in desktop support and infrastructure services.
Strong hands-on experience with SCCM, Intune, Windows/Mac support, and desktop imaging.
Proven ability to troubleshoot end-user issues, provide remote/deskside support, and manage enterprise desktop environments including O365 and Zscaler
