Description

You will analyze and optimize desktop performance within large enterprise Windows environments. You own the investigation of user experience impacts and infrastructure health.

Responsibilities

• Analyze system and infrastructure performance counters to identify user experience impacts.
• Troubleshoot complex issues using procdump, Wireshark, Fiddler, and Procmon.
• Monitor network and workstation health using Perfmon, SysTrack, and Splunk.
• Evaluate infrastructure components including F5, A10, routes, and WAN connectivity.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in information technology.
• Deep understanding of Windows performance counters and system infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with SysTrack and Splunk.
• Proficiency with Perfmon and troubleshooting tools including procdump, Wireshark, Fiddler, and Procmon.
• Knowledge of F5, A10, routing, and WAN connectivity.
• Experience with PowerShell, WMI, and VBScript.
• Bachelor's degree.
