Description

You will provide technical support for on-site and remote users, managing incidents from the Service Desk and escalating issues as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Manage user incidents and escalate complex issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Load and install preconfigured images on PCs and troubleshoot deployment failures.
• Deploy desktops, laptops, monitors, and peripheral equipment to end users.
• Replace and upgrade consumer-replaceable hardware including hard drives, memory, and graphics cards.
• Troubleshoot basic network issues, VPN connections, switch port activation, and static IP configurations.
• Perform hardware troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and A/V equipment.
• Handle equipment moves across main and off-site locations.
• Execute basic Active Directory administration such as adding and removing objects.
• Support UniFLOW Printer Server and basic copier functions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support roles.
• Working knowledge of Windows XP, 7, and 10.
• Proficiency with Active Directory administration.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
• Hands-on experience building and imaging computers.
• Knowledge of network technologies and wiring/cabling.
• Experience with anti-virus and anti-malware programs.
• Ability to install and support a wide range of peripherals.

Preferred Skills

• A+ Certification.
