Provide third-line support and technical expertise for the Enterprise Desktop Service in London.
Responsibilities
Execute monthly routine tasks, including patch cycles, image cycles, and Group Policy changes.
Resolve third-line technical incidents and issues escalated to the Desktop Service.
Support project-driven activities and service improvements through system and image design.
Implement MECM, MDT, and other general technical deployments.
Provide clear and concise technical updates and documentation.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in desktop technical support.
Expertise in Windows 10 Desktop Imaging and Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT).
Proficiency with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) for OS deployment, application deployment, patching, and Endpoint Protection.
Advanced knowledge of Active Directory Group Policy Objects (GPO), including AppLocker and Firewall implementations.
Experience with Windows Lockdown using Group Policy to NSCS/Microsoft SCM levels.
Proficiency using Sysinternals tools such as ProcMon and NetMon for troubleshooting.
Experience with Citrix Virtualization for desktops and applications.
Knowledge of Application Virtualization (App-V) and User Environment Virtualization (UE-V).
Strong ability to convey technical concepts to various audiences.
