Description

You will manage desktop support operations for on-site, remote, and hybrid users.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365, and standard desktop applications.
• Manage the full asset lifecycle, including inventory tracking, new hire provisioning, and technology reclaim.
• Perform hardware maintenance and repairs on computers, laptops, printers, and peripheral equipment.
• Execute smart-hands support for local servers, BIOS updates, network devices, and parts replacement.
• Manage incidents, problems, and changes within the EUC environment following ITIL methodologies.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience administering and securing large-scale enterprise desktop environments.
• Proficiency with Windows 10 and Windows Autopilot.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune administration and Microsoft Office 365 support.
• Working knowledge of SCCM and Active Directory.
• Experience with Enterprise Cloud Backup solutions, specifically Microsoft OneDrive.
• Practical knowledge of ITIL methodologies, including Incident, Request, and Asset management.
• Ability to perform hardware troubleshooting and remedial repairs on laptops and peripherals.

Preferred Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to manage time, set priorities, and work with minimal supervision.
