Description

You serve as the single point of contact for end users, maintaining the desktop computing environment through hardware and software support.

Responsibilities

• Install, diagnose, repair, and upgrade hardware including PCs, laptops, monitors, printers, and peripherals.
• Manage the full asset lifecycle, including tracking in inventory systems, equipment reclamation, and end-of-life services.
• Configure and test standard equipment for new hires and manage shipping for remote employees.
• Perform incident, problem, and change management tasks within the EUC environment.
• Execute desktop refreshes and provide smart-hands support for local servers, BIOS updates, and network devices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in large-scale enterprise desktop environments.
• Advanced Windows 10 troubleshooting and administration.
• Microsoft Intune administration experience.
• Microsoft Office 365 support and Microsoft OneDrive cloud backup knowledge.
• Windows Autopilot experience.
• Hardware troubleshooting for computers, printers, and peripheral equipment.
• Working knowledge of ITIL methodologies, including Incident, Request, and Asset management.
• Experience managing asset tracking and inventory management systems.
• Ability to provide technical assistance and training to end users.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with emergency recovery maintenance and antivirus tool deployment.
• Ability to evaluate and test new technology for EUC implementation.
