Description

You will serve as the single point of contact for end users, providing support and maintenance for the organization's desktop computing environment.

Responsibilities

• Install, diagnose, repair, and upgrade hardware including PCs, Macintosh, iOS devices, printers, scanners, and peripheral equipment.
• Manage the full asset lifecycle, including tracking, assignment, and end-of-life services.
• Troubleshoot software issues involving Windows 7, Windows 10, Microsoft Office (2007, 2010, 2013), and antivirus packages.
• Perform preventative maintenance, remedial repairs, and emergency recovery for desktops and local servers.
• Execute incident, problem, and change management tasks within the EUC environment following ITIL methodologies.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in a large-scale enterprise environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong expertise in macOS and iOS domains.
• Hands-on experience with Windows 7 and Windows 10 operating systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 2007, 2010, and 2013.
• Technical knowledge of SCCM and Active Directory.
• Experience with hardware troubleshooting, enclosure cabling, and Ethernet/Fiber channel connectivity.
• Knowledge of enterprise backup software and remote-control tools.
• Ability to manage hardware inventory, documentation, and vendor relations.
• Working knowledge of network cabling, patching, and server racking.
