Provide tier-one technical assistance to state employees, internal staff, and external customers in Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities

• Resolve tier-one technical issues directly or escalate complex problems to second-tier support.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems to restore functionality.
• Document support interactions and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
• Communicate technical information and services to users to meet service expectations.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in technical support roles.
• Proficiency in computer repair.
• Hands-on experience with technical support workflows.
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities.
• Associate's degree in a related field or two years of experience as a Help Desk Analyst 1 or equivalent.
