Description

You will provide end-user technical support across desktops, laptops, and associated peripheral and network hardware.

Responsibilities

• Test, identify, repair, resolve, and document end-user technical issues for desktops, laptops, printers, PDAs, and smart devices.
• Reimage computers/hard drives and manage IMACD functions, including installation and decommissioning.
• Back up and restore user data, settings, and associated system configurations.
• Categorize and prioritize support requests using a ticketing system, tracking status through to resolution.
• Perform asset inventory and coordinate hardware/software procurement with relevant staff.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support roles.
• Working knowledge of DHCP, DNS, IP addressing, and subnetting.
• Basic understanding of Wireless LAN and Ethernet desktop configuration issues.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting software issues and break-fix procedures.
• Experience supporting devices such as Avaya.
• Ability to adhere to agreed-upon ticket response and resolution SLAs.
• Experience assisting with Incident and Problem management activities.
