Description

Provide technical assistance to a large, varied end-user population both on-site and remotely. You will own the full lifecycle of device configuration and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain workstations, laptops, tablets, smartphones, and printers for onboarding and off-boarding.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and application issues for on-site and remote users.
• Manage video conferencing, audio conferencing, and IP telephony systems, including Cisco Call Manager profiles.
• Maintain hardware and software currency by managing OS versions and application installations.
• Document technical administration tasks and track equipment inventory for on-site and work-from-home setups.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience testing and troubleshooting PCs, laptops, and phones.
• Proficiency with VOIP and IP telephony systems.
• Experience managing AV/Conference room technology.
• Knowledge of maintaining current OS versions and software applications.
• Ability to manage user and phone profiles via Cisco Call Manager.
• Strong verbal communication and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to work outside of regular hours to meet business needs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within small, agile teams in rapidly changing environments.
