Description

Provide technical support to end users across various computing issues, managing device lifecycles and resolving tickets.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, resolve, and follow up on user computing issues via phone, remote access, deskside, or site visits.
• Manage new hire device setup and imaging processes.
• Document and resolve tickets accurately within the ServiceNow ticketing system.
• Maintain and manage device inventory.
• Collaborate with domain experts and IT leadership to resolve technical problems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support roles.
• Proficiency with Office 365 productivity tools.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
• Experience using Help Desk Support.
• Ability to use scripting for task automation.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and French.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work extended hours, including occasional nights or weekends.
• Any graduate degree.
