You will resolve inbound technical issues for High-Speed Internet and voice services while supporting field operations with ONT changes and service provisioning.
Responsibilities
- Aid field technicians with ONT changes, activations, and service provisioning to restore customer services.
- Assign facilities, correct service orders, and redirect orders to engineering or customer support teams.
- Reroute tickets to relevant departments to rectify assignment errors and ensure prompt service delivery.
- Maintain and provision logical inventory in critical systems for voice and data services over copper and fiber facilities.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in technical support roles.
- Proficiency in Desktop Support and Computer Repair.
- Background in Technical Support.
- Knowledge of ONT changes and service provisioning.
- Experience managing service orders and facility assignments.
- Ability to work with copper and fiber facility provisioning.
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.
