Description

You will resolve inbound technical issues for High-Speed Internet and voice services while supporting field operations with ONT changes and service provisioning.

Responsibilities

  • Aid field technicians with ONT changes, activations, and service provisioning to restore customer services.
  • Assign facilities, correct service orders, and redirect orders to engineering or customer support teams.
  • Reroute tickets to relevant departments to rectify assignment errors and ensure prompt service delivery.
  • Maintain and provision logical inventory in critical systems for voice and data services over copper and fiber facilities.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in technical support roles.
  • Proficiency in Desktop Support and Computer Repair.
  • Background in Technical Support.
  • Knowledge of ONT changes and service provisioning.
  • Experience managing service orders and facility assignments.
  • Ability to work with copper and fiber facility provisioning.

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.
