Description

Provide Tier 1–2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across the organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint for seamless collaboration.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls to maintain security and proper access levels.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and service health to ensure business continuity.
• Automate routine administrative tasks using PowerShell or similar tools to improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• Windows Operating Systems and networking fundamentals.
• Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Intune administration.
• Azure and modern cloud administration concepts.
• PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Troubleshooting and technical support experience.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and Entra ID.
• Knowledge of endpoint security, EDR/XDR alerts, and phishing response.
