Description

You will provide onsite IT support for hardware, software, and applications within a healthcare system.

Responsibilities

  • Install, deploy, troubleshoot, and repair hardware and software across the organization.
  • Manage the full hardware lifecycle, including deployments and upgrades.
  • Resolve incident break/fix issues and fulfill service requests as a tier I and II resource.
  • Maintain accurate records in workload, asset management, and administrative applications.
  • Collaborate with tier II and III IT teams to resolve complex technical issues.

Required Skills

  • 6+ years of technical support experience, or an Associate degree with 4+ years of experience.
  • Hands-on experience repairing and maintaining workstations, laptops, IP phones, smartphones, and tablets.
  • Proficiency in maintaining printers, copiers, and scanners.
  • Experience deploying and supporting Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating systems.
  • Familiarity with general networking and customer/server concepts.
  • Ability to use routine troubleshooting methodologies to minimize user impact.
  • Capacity to lift 40 lbs and navigate various building environments.
  • Reliable transportation for travel throughout the service delivery area.
