Description

You will provide on-site client-facing technical support and hardware maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site support including installation, servicing, and repairing systems.
  • Perform quality checks on system equipment operational status before deployment.
  • Resolve customer issues involving hardware installation, repair, upgrades, and maintenance.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate personnel for follow-up and troubleshooting.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of field support experience.
  • Experience with hardware and software installation, support, and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency with Windows 10.
  • Experience with MS Office and Office 365.
  • Ability to configure new PCs and notebooks via SCCM imaging.
  • Experience with ticket management systems.
  • Familiarity with iOS devices.
  • Knowledge of Windows and MS Office environments.
