You will provide on-site client-facing technical support and hardware maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site support including installation, servicing, and repairing systems.
- Perform quality checks on system equipment operational status before deployment.
- Resolve customer issues involving hardware installation, repair, upgrades, and maintenance.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate personnel for follow-up and troubleshooting.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of field support experience.
- Experience with hardware and software installation, support, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency with Windows 10.
- Experience with MS Office and Office 365.
- Ability to configure new PCs and notebooks via SCCM imaging.
- Experience with ticket management systems.
- Familiarity with iOS devices.
- Knowledge of Windows and MS Office environments.
