Description

You will provide hands-on support and configuration for Windows PCs in an enterprise environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide extensive Windows PC support and configuration, including Windows 11 and LTSC.
• Manage and configure enterprise support systems, including Active Directory Domains and Microsoft Intune.
• Troubleshoot high-priority or wide-ranging site issues under time pressure.
• Test Windows OS patches before automated distribution and review patch success monthly.
• Edit technical documentation for Windows PC configurations and in-house software.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in desktop support.
• Mandatory configuration experience with Microsoft Intune.
• Hands-on proficiency with PowerShell.
• Experience supporting Windows 11 environments.
• Experience with packaging and distributing applications to an enterprise setting.
• Familiarity with native and hybrid domain join processes.
• Experience with centrally managed profiles for high-reliability sites.
• Experience testing system images with imaging teams.
• Ability to troubleshoot small and large-scale site issues.
