Description

You will own the desktop support lifecycle, ensuring hardware and software readiness for end-users and executives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Image, configure, and deploy laptops and desktops for immediate user readiness.
• Manage hardware repairs, troubleshooting, and lifecycle maintenance.
• Provide direct technical support to VIPs and executives.
• Configure and maintain DNS and DHCP infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in desktop support or IT operations.
• Proficiency with SCCM and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
• Hands-on experience managing DNS and DHCP services.
• Strong knowledge of Group Policy management and deployment.
• Proven track record providing dedicated VIP or executive support.
• Skilled in physical computer repair and hardware configuration.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (Any Graduate).
