Description

You will provide advanced-level IT desktop support for users and executives across headquarters and satellite locations in Columbus, OH.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second tier desktop support for all end-users.
• Configure and deploy new desktop and laptop computers using standard images.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware issues involving computers, printers, and peripherals.
• Set up A/V, teleconferencing, and video conferencing equipment for meetings.
• Monitor ticketing systems to ensure all work is documented and updated daily.

Required Skills

• Minimum of five years of IT desktop support experience in a large corporate environment.
• Proficiency with Windows 10 Operating System.
• Support experience with Office 2016, Microsoft Visio, and Microsoft Project.
• Experience supporting MS Exchange-based email and Skype for Business.
• Hands-on hardware break/fix experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including walking and bending.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
