Description

You will provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve desktop and laptop problems, including operating system and application errors.
• Set up and configure new hardware and software for end-users.
• Install and maintain network printers and other peripherals.
• Document and track support requests using the ticketing system.
• Provide technical support to ensure system stability and resolve network connectivity issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in desktop support roles.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Hands-on experience with system maintenance and hardware configuration.
• Experience installing and configuring desktop environments.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues for end-users.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.
