Description

Provide first-line technical support for end-users in Dallas, TX.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for desktops and laptops.
• Set up and configure new hardware, software, and operating systems.
• Install and maintain network printers and other peripheral devices.
• Document and track all support requests within the ticketing system.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in desktop support or a similar technical role.
• Proficiency with Windows operating systems.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory.
• Solid understanding of Networking fundamentals.
• Experience troubleshooting VPN connectivity.
• Proven ability to resolve complex hardware and software problems.

Preferred Skills

• Degree or equivalent experience in any graduate field.
