Description

Provide hands-on technical support for desktop and laptop users across Denver and Northern Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for desktop and laptop computers.
• Configure workstations for new users and perform equipment or software upgrades.
• Set up and maintain network and telecommunication systems, including LAN and server connectivity.
• Re-image computers, perform data migrations, and execute data restorations.
• Manage user requests and remote problem-solving through a ticketing system.

Required Skills

• 5 to 10 years of experience in technical support or desktop engineering.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot LAN, server, and connectivity issues.
• Deep working knowledge of hardware components and hardware configurations.
• Strong software troubleshooting and installation experience.
• Experience leading and directing the work of others.
• Ability to support onsite locations from Denver up to Fort Collins.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or relevant technical certifications.
