Description

You will provide hardware and software support to end-users and assist backend teams with infrastructure tasks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for end-users.
• Perform L1 network troubleshooting to resolve LAN connectivity problems.
• Provide hands-on support for backend teams during network, server, or application issues.
• Install and configure network printers and shared devices.
• Manage software installation, troubleshooting, and coverage compliance.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in desktop support or technical troubleshooting.
• Practical knowledge of DHCP and DNS.
• Experience providing Office 365 support.
• Proficiency in software installation and troubleshooting.
• Ability to handle L1 network connectivity tasks.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong communication skills.
