Description

You will provide first and second-level technical support for end-user hardware, software, and network connectivity.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows and Mac OS operating systems on desktops and laptops.
• Manage user accounts, profiles, and Active Directory tasks.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral device issues, including business applications.
• Assist with LAN/WAN network troubleshooting and VPN connectivity.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and document support activities and user guides.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support roles.
• Proficiency with Windows operating systems.
• Experience managing Mac OS environments.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory.
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN networking basics.
• Experience troubleshooting VPN connectivity.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.
