Description

Provide onsite technical support for internal users and technicians, managing hardware lifecycles and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Configure and provision new hire laptops and imaging devices.
• Manage asset lifecycles including inventory, audit scans, equipment portal updates, and disposal.
• Execute hardware refreshes, equipment pickups, and process laptops for legal review.
• Perform routine onsite tasks such as AV room sweeps, vending machine refills, and conference code creation.
• Coordinate with third-party repair services and manage WPS hotspares.

Required Skills

• Troubleshooting experience with Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Proficiency using a ticketing system to manage and close tasks.
• Experience with computer imaging and provisioning.
• Hands-on hardware asset management and inventory auditing.
• Ability to perform onsite physical tasks including equipment moves and room sweeps.
• Basic technical support and hardware troubleshooting skills.
