Description

You will manage desktop environments and provide advanced technical support for Windows 10 systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer Windows 10 OS deployments and upgrades using SCCM.
• Troubleshoot advanced issues across all Windows 10 OS features.
• Manage user accounts and computers via Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Create and maintain ITSM documentation, processes, and Knowledge Base articles.
• Serve as the technical point of contact for service deliverables.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SCCM 2012 and newer versions.
• Strong proficiency in Active Directory and Group Policy administration.
• Experience creating software collections, applications, and packages in SCCM.
• Ability to create Windows OS images and perform deployments using SCCM Task Sequence.
• Proficiency in scripting using PowerShell and VB Batch.
• Working experience with ITSM tools, specifically ServiceNow.
• Experience managing Windows Client Operating Systems and Microsoft Office Patch Management.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
