Description

Manage L2 desktop and laptop hardware and software support, including Active Directory, endpoint security, and infrastructure ticket resolution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage Active Directory services and troubleshoot domain-related issues.
• Deploy and maintain security tools including Sophos, MSD, and CrowdStrike.
• Monitor threats, malware, and endpoint incidents to ensure security compliance.
• Assist the SCCM team with OS image building, testing, and software deployment.
• Resolve infrastructure support tickets using the OS Ticket tool.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in desktop and infrastructure support.
• Hands-on experience with SCCM and OS imaging.
• Proficiency with Sophos, MSD, or CrowdStrike deployment.
• Experience with Active Directory and Citrix/VMware environments.
• Knowledge of Manage Engine for patch management.
• Ability to resolve hardware and software issues on Windows environments.
• Experience managing endpoint security and incident monitoring.
