Description

Provide onsite technical support for end users and infrastructure at the Batesville location.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and troubleshoot PC and laptop hardware using Gold images.
• Manage meeting room environments, video conferencing systems, printers, and peripherals.
• Support mobile devices including iPads, iPhones, and Android hardware.
• Perform smart hands tasks in the data center, including rack and stack, cable management, and component replacement.
• Execute daily tape changes for backup routines and handle end-user data restoration.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in desktop support or technical roles.
• Proficiency with Windows 7 and Windows 10 operating systems.
• Hands-on experience building, configuring, and troubleshooting PC and laptop hardware.
• Experience with Microsoft SCCM.
• Proven ability to install, troubleshoot, and rack/stack data center equipment.
• Experience using call logging systems for incident management.
• Working knowledge of current and legacy hardware platforms.
• Fluency in English and the local language.

• Degree or any graduate level education.
