Description

Provide on-site technical support and hardware maintenance at a client lab in Bentonville, AR.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain Windows servers, PCs, and computer hardware.
• Deploy Windows 11 images to workstations and devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware, printer, and desktop issues.
• Coordinate with technical teams to resolve complex system problems.
• Monitor storage, CPU, and application stack performance.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience setting up and maintaining Windows servers and PCs.
• Hands-on experience standing up hardware boxes and workstations.
• Working knowledge of OSI network models and TCP/IP.
• Experience managing Windows and Linux servers.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting desktop and printer hardware.
• Ability to work on-site in Bentonville, AR.
• Degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with networking and software support.
