Description

You will provide onsite technical support and manage the full lifecycle of desktop devices and hardware.

Responsibilities

• Manage desktop device incidents, including hardware, software, and connectivity issues, through to resolution.
• Execute IMAC, desk side support, and break-fix services for laptops and desktops.
• Maintain desktop configurations, including patch updates, hardware replacements, and OS imaging.
• Monitor security profiles and anti-virus software to ensure compliance with security requirements.
• Analyze service desk calls and incident data to identify user training needs or automation opportunities.

Required Skills

• 2-4 years of experience in onsite support.
• Proficiency with Windows 7 OS.
• Experience using service management tools such as ServiceNow.
• Expertise in EUC tools, remote support tools, MS Office, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes, including Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Request management.
• Ability to manage spare and buffer stock.
• Experience with desktop computers, remote user support, and IT hardware support.
• Ability to provide VIP support and act as a site point of contact for IT issues.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of Lynx, VPN, and mobile device support.
• Knowledge of Active Directory (AD), smart hands/feet support, macOS, and tablet support.
