Description

Provide technical support and hardware management for desktop and laptop environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Image and configure new laptops and desktops for deployment.
• Manage device configurations using SCCM and Group Policy.
• Provide direct VIP and executive-level technical support.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues involving DNS and DHCP.
• Perform hardware repairs and maintenance on workstation equipment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in desktop support roles.
• Proficiency with SCCM and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
• Hands-on experience with DNS and DHCP protocols.
• Experience managing Group Policy objects.
• Proven track record of providing VIP and executive support.
• Skills in computer repair and hardware configuration.

Preferred Skills

• Degree or any graduate level education.
