You provide onsite technical support and end-user assistance in Cary, NC.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and software.
• Perform break-fix, desk-side support, and iMac maintenance.
• Execute data migrations and hardware refreshes.
• Manage onsite updates, configurations, and software installations.

Required Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in end-user support.
• Proficiency with iMac hardware and troubleshooting.
• Experience performing data migrations.
• Hands-on experience with device configurations.
• Ability to manage software installations.
• Professional communication skills in French.
• Any Graduate degree.
