Description

You will provide on-site desktop and laptop support for end users at the client location.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install and deploy operating system images on laptops and desktops.
• Configure and install Office 365 applications.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, Outlook, Wi-Fi, and local network connectivity issues.
• Manage printer and scanner installation and troubleshooting.
• Resolve technical issues via remote support and ticket management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT support roles.
• Proficiency in Windows OS troubleshooting.
• Experience with Outlook and Office 365 configuration.
• Hands-on experience with Wi-Fi and local network issue resolution.
• Ability to provide remote support and manage ticket resolutions.
• Experience with hardware deployment and image installation.

Preferred Skills

• Degree or graduation in any field.
