Description

Provide technical support and hardware maintenance for end-users in Chennai.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end-users.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware components.
• Provide technical support via remote assistance or on-site visits.
• Address network-related issues including connectivity problems and basic configurations.
• Resolve IT-related incidents and maintain proper documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in desktop support or technical troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with OS installation.
• Working knowledge of DNS and DHCP.
• Ability to manage workloads and work in rotational shifts.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• CCNA Certification.
