Description

You provide dedicated technical support for the Executive Leadership Team and C-level executives. You handle hardware and software troubleshooting, device configuration, and end-user computing support.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain MacBooks, laptops, iPads, and tablets for executive staff.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft Office tools, with a focus on Outlook.
• Manage installation and maintenance of printers and scanners.
• Provide end-user computing support across various device types.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional technical support experience.
• Expertise in MacBook and laptop hardware support.
• Proficiency with Windows Virtual Desktop.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Experience with Infrastructure Services and desktop management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for executive-level interaction.
• Experience in EUC support and mobile device configuration.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.
