You will manage local IT infrastructure and provide technical support to end users.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain desktops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Handle Outlook configuration and resolve email support requests.
• Oversee asset management and coordinate with vendors.
• Monitor SLA compliance and provide regular reporting.
• Ensure adherence to IT policy compliance and end-user security.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in desktop support or technical roles.
• Proficiency with Windows operating systems.
• Hands-on experience with Outlook configuration and email support.
• Experience managing printers and hardware installation.
• Foundational L1 network support knowledge (LAN).
• Ability to manage assets and track IT inventory.
• Bachelor's degree.
