Description

You will lead a team of L2 field engineers to resolve L2 and L3 desktop support tickets.

Responsibilities

• Lead L2 field engineers and act as the final level of technical escalation for desktop support tickets.
• Resolve hardware and software issues involving laptops, desktops, peripherals, and printers.
• Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Provide remote support using Bomgar and manage dispatch activities for remote sites.
• Perform root cause and forensic analysis, manage assets, and provide weekly status reporting.
• Report information security incidents and weaknesses to the Operations Manager and CISO.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in desktop support.
• Hands-on experience with IMAC of desktops and laptops.
• Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and Mac OS environments.
• Expertise in installing and troubleshooting MS Office and various applications.
• Working knowledge of office automation products, printers, and scanners.
• Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs.
• Expert-level administration of hardware and firmware.
• Experience with customer interaction during support and change management activities.
• Any Graduate degree.
