You provide customer-facing end-user support within the team.
Responsibilities
Break-fix and support end-users on laptops, desktops, tablets, and associated hardware/software, including OS, Office suite, and business applications.
Image and re-image end-user IT devices following client security policies.
Support IT infrastructure, including large-scale office moves and printer/MFD activities.
Provide smart hands/eyes support for servers, network, and security devices, managing access issues.
Log customer incidents accurately and meet contractual SLAs, coordinating with vendors for repairs.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in IT support.
Experience with Microsoft environment support.
Knowledge of Office Suite.
Familiarity with CMDB management (assignment, configuration, retirement).
