Description

Provide on-site technical support for desktops, printers, peripherals, telephone systems, and cellular devices in Gilbert, AZ.

Responsibilities

• Configure, install, and maintain computer software and peripheral systems for users.
• Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and general networking connection issues.
• Resolve technical issues within established SLA timeframes.
• Manage user access for IT applications and update user information in organizational systems.
• Coordinate equipment ordering and delivery based on user requirements.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience with Windows 10 installation and support.
• Hands-on experience with Windows 10 setup and imaging processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 administration.
• Experience managing incidents and requests within an ITSM framework.
• Solid understanding of LAN and WAN networking.
• Ability to adhere to SLA requirements for issue resolution.
• Any Graduate degree.
