Responsibilities

• Manage and deploy devices using Microsoft Intune.
• Troubleshoot MS Windows environments and related Microsoft products.
• Support and maintain Lenovo hardware.
• Communicate technical solutions clearly to executive-level stakeholders.
• Provide Service Desk Support expertise for daily operations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional technical support experience.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune.
• Proficiency with MS Windows and Microsoft product suites.
• Experience supporting Lenovo hardware.
• Bachelor's degree.

• Strong communication skills for executive-level interaction.
