Description

You will provide technical support for end-users and manage hardware and software deployments in Golden Valley, MN.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide service desk support to resolve user technical issues.
• Manage device configurations and deployments using Microsoft Intune.
• Support executives with professional communication and direct technical assistance.
• Troubleshoot and maintain Lenovo hardware.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support roles.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune.
• Proficiency with MS Windows and Microsoft product suites.
• Experience repairing and maintaining Lenovo hardware.
• Strong communication skills for working with executive leadership.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
