Description

You will support and maintain BI platforms, manage infrastructure and security, and ensure system stability. You will troubleshoot production issues, optimize BI usage with business teams, and evaluate new tools.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain BI platforms including Power BI, Qlik, and MicroStrategy.
• Manage infrastructure, security, integrations, and overall system performance.
• Troubleshoot production issues to ensure platform stability and uptime.
• Partner with business teams to optimize BI tool usage and adoption.
• Evaluate new tools and technologies while managing vendor relationships.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in desktop support or BI platform administration.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI.
• Hands-on experience with Qlik.
• Hands-on experience with MicroStrategy.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure management and security protocols.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex production issues.
• Any Graduate degree.
