Description

Manage the physical deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of desktop and laptop workstations, peripherals, and phone equipment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Disconnect, reconnect, and physically move computer workstations, peripherals, and phone equipment using carts and vehicles.
• Image and reimage Windows operating systems for desktops and laptops.
• Maintain accurate IMACD and asset inventory records.
• Follow ESD safety precautions to prevent electrostatic discharge or hardware damage.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in desktop support.
• Hands-on experience with Windows operating system imaging and reimaging.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills with hard drive encryption software.
• Functional capability with Apple OS X.
• Experience managing Windows Server environments (2000, 2003, 2008, 2008 R2, 2012).
• Proficiency in Windows and general hardware troubleshooting.
• Ability to handle physical equipment movement and asset management.
