You will manage enterprise desktop environments and technical infrastructure, ensuring stability across Windows, Mac, Linux, and mobile platforms.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support enterprise Windows environments and Office 365.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues across multiple operating systems.
• Develop and implement mitigation strategies to prevent recurring problems.
• Manage medium to large-scale IT projects from initiation to completion.
• Translate technical details into clear, real-world impact for stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in desktop support or related roles within large enterprise environments.
• Proficiency with Windows 10/11 and Office 365 administration.
• Experience supporting Mac, Linux, Android, and iOS devices.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Scripting and automation skills using PowerShell or similar tools.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in information systems.
