• Installation of application software. 
   
• Installation of device drivers & hardware components 
   
• Concept of Network Technology 
   
• Knowledge on connectivity of end to end devices 
   
• Knowledge of Ethernet Technology & its Medium
   
• Concept of IP Flow 
   
• Knowledge of OSI Layer 
   
• Knowledge of TCP / IP
   
• Knowledge about Network Architecture and its design rules
   

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Windows OS (XP–10), MS Office, and Outlook
   
• Experience in hardware/software installation and troubleshooting
   
• Basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN)
   
• Familiar with Active Directory and remote support tools
   
• 1–3 years of relevant experience
