Description

You will manage the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktop hardware, operating systems, and enterprise software for end-users.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure Windows operating systems (XP through 10) and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook).
• Troubleshoot and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and hardware components.
• Deploy application software and device drivers.
• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues using TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP protocols.
• Utilize Active Directory for user management and remote support tools for assistance.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Windows OS (XP–10) and MS Office products.
• Experience with hardware and software installation and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of basic networking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, OSI layers.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and remote support utilities.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in desktop support.
