Description

You will provide technical support for hardware and software across Windows, Mac, and iOS environments.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware issues for Windows and Mac PCs and laptops.
• Support MS Windows, Mac OS, and iOS environments.
• Manage and resolve customer issues using ticketing tools.
• Prioritize and escalate technical problems to ensure timely resolution.
• Communicate technical solutions to users and management levels.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with MS Windows, Mac OS, and iOS.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suites including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project.
• Practical knowledge of networking and connectivity concepts.
• Experience using ticketing systems for incident management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
